Dr. Heber has been involved with obesity and nutrition for over 25 years. He has appeared nationally in both newspapers and on television programs and Dr. Heber is also a member of several other weight and nutrition boards.

It also utilizes meal replacement drinks to keep you from overeating during meals. There really isn’t much mention of supplements on the official website but if you include a thermogenic supplement while on any diet, you should have faster results and that may encourage you to stick to your diet much longer.
