Laci Power Time is a capsule supplement used to increase energy and metabolism. The capsules can be broken up and dissolved in water to make tea. Dieters must read the ingredient list before choosing any weight loss supplement and, luckily, we found a complete ingredient list online. Laci Power Time is packed with stimulants, so dieters who are sensitive to stimulation should not take this supplement full strength. There are no testimonials supporting increased energy or weight loss, but we have no doubt the dieter will feel the energy buzz from this supplement.

Proprietary Blend: Guarana, Kola Nut Concentrate, Asian Ginseng, Gotu Kola, Spirulina, Bee Pollen, Echinacea Purpurea and Fo-Ti.

Product Features

Guarana and kola nut are stimulants. Both are proven to increase heart rate and blood pressure, so dieters with blood pressure or heart problems should not take Laci Power Time in tea or capsule form. Neither of these ingredients have the clinical support of caffeine for weight loss.

Asian ginseng may also support healthy energy levels, but the effect will likely be drowned out by the stimulant ingredients. Gotu kola is not the same as kola nut. This ingredient has no effect on weight loss or energy and neither do spirulina, bee pollen, echinacea or fo-ti. Echinacea is an interesting ingredient because it is commonly used to support the immune system. Most Echinacea supplements tell the dieter to take the ingredient for no more than two weeks. There is no mention of the dieter needing to stop taking Laci Power Time after two weeks.

Stimulants are perfect for energy, but not all stimulants are perfect for weight loss. Only caffeine and green tea are proven to boost metabolism and support weight loss. All other stimulants simply give the dieter a boost of energy and leave them exhausted when the boost wears off.
