Lean 650 Review
What You Should Know
The label for Lean 650 comes with a large WARNING prominently printed across the front. This warning is likely used to sell more products. If the dieter thinks this is an extra strong product they will believe the product works better and buy more. The warning likely only means there are a number of stimulants in the product that could cause more harm than good.
List of Ingredients
- Vitamin B6
GenXLabs Thermo Blend:
- Dandelion Powder
- Methyl Synephrine
- 1, 3 Dimethylamylamine
- Caffeine Anhydrous
- Betaine Anhydrous
- Green Tea Extract
- Cissus Quadrangularis
Dandelion powder is a diuretic. This ingredient decreases water retention in the body by increasing urine output. Dieters with kidney problems or those taking prescription water pills should not take products with natural diuretics. Diuretics have no permanent impact on weight loss.
Methyl synephrine is a stimulant from the same family as ephedra. It is not proven to boost metabolism like ephedra, but it does carry some of the same potential side effects.
1, 3 Dimethylamylamine is another stimulant, but this one is far more dangerous than synephrine. Dimethylamylamine is reported to cause heart palpitations and is not considered safe for any dieter with heart problems.
Caffeine anhydrous is just powdered caffeine. This stimulant is proven to increase metabolism and energy, but it could also cause negative side effects when paired with other stimulants.
Green tea extract is another proven ingredient. We like the fact that the company uses two proven ingredients in Lean 650, but the good ingredients do not outweigh the possible negative impact of the bad ingredients.
- Ingredients in Lean 650 are easily found online.
- There are two proven weight loss ingredients in the formula.
- Will likely increase energy.
- Should not be taken within 12 hours of bedtime.
- Could cause loss of sleep.
- May cause heart palpitations.
- May cause dehydration.
- Not safe for dieters with health conditions, kidney problems, heart problems or liver problems.
- Should not be taken with prescription medications.
- May cause potassium loss.
There is a long list of potential side effects and health conditions that could be affected by the ingredients in Lean 650. This fat burner is not safe for all dieters, despite the two good ingredients in the mix. Dieters may wish to try a product with green tea and caffeine that does not contain all the negative ingredients found in Lean 650. Without a doctor’s express permission, we do not suggest any dieter take this supplement if they have a medical condition of any kind.
