Let’s Eat Right to Keep Fit is a book that was published in 1954 and was written by Adelle Davis. She was one of the first well known and highly regarded people in the nutrition industry. She was a harsh critic of the food industry in the 1970′s, during which time she advocated whole, unprocessed foods. Let’s Eat Right to Keep Fit is the second book in the three book, “Let’s” series. Originally published in 1971, the book basically says that people should ignore the fad diets and other products designed to help you lose weight quickly, and instead pay close attention to their own bodies and how they respond to certain foods.
