I’m using Life Core now and I’ve lost 6 pounds since starting on Sunday. I checked this site to see if people had experience keeping the weight off. I do exercise regularly, but had plateaued in my progress toward losing weight. The Life Core kit comes with foods to avoid and foods recommended to eat, and provides a stirring tool run on batteries. Also included is a multi vitamin (Alpha Base by Ortho Molecular) and a Phyto capsule by same company. Life Core tastes decent and only has 150 calories so it works well to combine with limited amounts of additional food. Yesterday a Life Core shake in the morning, an apple with cashew butter for morning snack, lunch of chicken breast with vegetables, afternoon snack of walnuts and then Life Core shake was enough to power me through the day and a half-hour long strength training at the gym. I only give 4 stars since I don’t know how this will work over the coming weeks.
