List of Ingredients
There are several products within the Life Enhancement product line. We suggest choosing an individual product to learn more about its ingredients because each formula will have its own ingredient listing.
There are several product categories for Life Enhancement. For the purpose of this review, however, we will take a closer look at the Fat Loss and Weight Control category. Life Enhancement sells the following products in that category: Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® MealMate™, Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® Glycemic Control Cocoa ‘n Nuts & Spices Cookies™, Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® Glycemic Control No Crumb Left Behind™, Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® Glycemic Control™ Erythritol, Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® Glycemic Control™ Flour, Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® Glycemic Control™ Nuggets, Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® Glycemic Control™ Quick Flakes, Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® Glycemic Control™ Resistant Starch, Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® LifeByChocolate™, Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® ShapeShifter Teas Booster Caps, Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® ShapeShifter Teas, Serene Tranquility™ Day with 5-HTP, Serene Tranquility™ Day with Tryptophan, Serene Tranquility™ Night with 5-HTP, Serene Tranquility™ Night with Tryptophan, Dr. Jonathan V. Wright’s InsuLife II™ , and Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw’s® Potassium Basics™. Many of these products are designed based on the principles of the glycemic index. Low glycemic index foods are good for you and will help you lose weight, where high glycemic index foods are bad for you and will prevent weight loss, possibly even causing weight gain. using the Glycemic index allows people to eat foods that are considered bad on other diets, too, so people are less likely to feel deprived.
- Many of these products are based on the Glycemic Index which is known to work to help people lose weight.
- There are several products you would have to purchase together to get the full effect of the program.
- Customer testimonials are only available for some products.
- Some of the products are pricey.
- We were unable to find a money back guarantee.
We like that the majority of these products are based on the glycemic index, which we know is proven to help people lose weight. What we don’t like is that there are so many products to purchase, such as the sugar, the flour, the cookies, etc. to get the full experience. While you don’t need all those products, having them all on hand would lend toward success. We suggest finding a proven supplement you can take while eating a healthy balanced diet and getting plenty of exercise.
