What You Should Know
The word Ampd is synonymous with stimulation. Taking stimulants is part of using supplements for weight loss, but the average dieter cannot take huge amounts of caffeine and other stimulants without negative side effects. Liquid Ampd contains a pretty strong stimulant base. In addition to the stimulants in the formula we also found a few questionable ingredients that may be associated with liver damage and mood swings.
We found no official website for Liquid Ampd, but finding information on the supplement was not hard. The product is available from a long list of third-party retailers and supplement companies.
List of Ingredients
- Vitamin B3
- Vitamin B6
- Folic Acid
- Vitamin B12
- Green Tea
Caffeine is the first active ingredient in the formula. It is included in a proprietary blend, which hides the total amount of caffeine. Dieters should never take a caffeinated supplement without first knowing the total caffeine per dose.
Next is phenylalanine. This ingredient can boost mood, which is fine for some dieters. However, if a dieter suffers from depression, panic, anxiety or other mood disorders, this ingredient could cause unhealthy mood swings. Dieters on prescription medications should inquire about possible interactions.
Green tea is a great ingredient, but it is useless when included as one of the bottom ingredients in a 900 mg proprietary blend. That means there is nowhere near enough green tea to boost metabolism.
Citrimax is a brand name for garcinia cambogia. There are reports of liver damage from taking this ingredient.
Bladderwrack is a diuretic. Diuretics do not increase weight loss, but they could increase dehydration and potassium loss. If a dieter is taking medications for high blood pressure they should not take diuretics over the counter without permission from their doctor. Diuretics may lower blood pressure.

Liquid Ampd lives up to its name. The supplement is nothing more than a stimulant package in a fat burner bottle. Some of the ingredients are associated with mood swings and other negative side effects. Dieters with mental illnesses or those taking medications used to treat mental illness should not take this supplement. The addition of a diuretic does nothing more than dehydrate the body and fool the dieter into believing they are losing more weight.
