The product doesn’t contain sugar and is mixed with plain water instead of carbonated water. It is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach to get the maximum effect. No more than two bottles should be taken to avoid the nervousness, sleeplessness, or occasional rapid heart rate that can occur from having too much caffeine.

The energy from the supplement comes from a mixture of B vitamins and caffeine, which are both known to increase awareness and promote concentration. The expected results are increased alertness, less grogginess and more energy. The drink can be taken quickly and doesn’t require refrigeration, although any remaining drink should be thrown away if it has been refrigerated in the open container for over 72 hours.
