    Been feeling like crap for about a year with no energy, lack of concentration etc. I went in for blood tests and found my ldl level 315 and my hdl 36. Got on statins and went on a very low fat diet. Results are simply fantastic! Never ate breakfast befor but now I have oatmeal every morning. I lost 7 pounds in 10 days and more importantly, I feel better than I have in years .Energy to burn and sharp as a razor. If your thinking about going on a low fat diet DO IT!
