A Low-Fat Diet is commonly recommended in this day and age. This is mostly due to the severe problems with obesity, type-two diabetes, and heart disease, which are seen a lot today. This is not only true in the United States, but also in various other parts of the world as well. With so many fast food eateries on every corner, and high-fat processed foods being sold in supermarkets, countless individuals and families have adopted lifestyles of convenience, rather than health. This essentially means that people are consuming too many foods that are high in saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, and sugar. This can lead to all kinds of health problems. This is why a Low-Fat Diet is recommended by many physicians, nutritionists, and health care specialists these days. By reducing your intake of fat, you can keep off excess body weight, and feel more energetic. Not to mention, this is a great way to promote heart health, and prevent plaque from building in your arteries so quickly. A Low-Fat Diet plan can lead to a longer, healthier life.

Been feeling like crap for about a year with no energy, lack of concentration etc. I went in for blood tests and found my ldl level 315 and my hdl 36. Got on statins and went on a very low fat diet. Results are simply fantastic! Never ate breakfast befor but now I have oatmeal every morning. I lost 7 pounds in 10 days and more importantly, I feel better than I have in years .Energy to burn and sharp as a razor. If your thinking about going on a low fat diet DO IT! Regardless of the diet program, go for it! you wont regret it I promise
