Lucidal is an herbal supplement that its manufacturers, Advanced Metabolic Research Group, claims to provide brain support. More specifically, it promises to improve and sharpen one’s ability to maintain mental focus. Developed by neurosurgeon Dr. Larry McCleary, the manufacturers claim that the supplement protects the brain against oxidizing free radicals and improves the brain’s energy production. According to Dr. McCleary, a clinical study has shown that Lucidal improves memory and mental clarity, as well as improved mood, focus and mental energy. The manufactures also claim that the product is clinically tested an shown to improve the user’s ability to remember and recall information, and reduce anxiety and feelings of sadness. Its developer believes that since the human brain is the metabolically most active organ in the body, this supplement will work to nourish and protect the brain. The supplement works by strengthening the brain’s neurons and repairing mitochondrial breakdowns. It is thought that Lucidal provides a holistic approach to overall brain health. The manufacturers chose each ingredient for a specific reason.
