Magnum Nutraceuticals Heat is a fat burner sold by Magnum Nutraceuticals. We found the supplement listed on the website with a complete list of ingredients in label form. All of the ingredients are listed in proprietary blends. This means the company has chosen to hide the ingredients from the dieter. When a company hides the ingredients, we can’t help but think there is not enough of each ingredient to be proven effective.

Product Features

The majority of the ingredients in Magnum Nutraceuticals Heat are stimulants. Spread across all matrix blends are caffeine, citrus aurantium, green tea leaf, kola nut seed, coffee bean powder and yerba mate leaf. All of these ingredients provide a source of caffeine or a stimulant. The most dangerous of the stimulants is citrus aurantium – synephrine. Synephrine is a cousin of ephedra with all the same side effects without the proven metabolism-boosting benefits. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has been watching synephrine for a number of years. Reports of health problems associated with this ingredient could mean the FDA is short-listing synephrine as the next supplement ingredient to ban.

Just as important as boosting metabolism is reducing appetite. Magnum Nutraceuticals Heal utilizes Hoodia Gordonii as an appetite suppressant. Clinical trials of hoodia prove the ingredient is useless as an appetite suppressant. The clinical trials compared the effects of hoodia and a placebo. The dieters taking hoodia lost no more weight than those taking the placebo. P57, the active ingredient in hoodia, is metabolized before it can reach the brain to signal a feeling of fullness. Even when P57 was injected directly into the muscle, appetite was not depressed.

Magnum Nutraceuticals Heat is an energy booster, but it is not a safe fat burner. The dieter needs to know how much caffeine is included in the supplement, especially dieters sensitive to caffeine.
