What You Should Know
Metaslim is a weight loss product with no official website. There are forum postings and questions about this product all over the Internet, but few people share any concrete information about the ingredient list. We know there is no free trial and we found no viable testimonials from people having lost weight taking Metaslim. We did find what looks like a partial ingredient list so we can gather some information about the product from the ingredients.
List of Ingredients
Ginger Root, Cayenne Pepper, Bitter Orange Extract, Yerba Mate and Green Tea Extract.
Ginger root is used in alternative medicine to calm the stomach. This ingredient does not have thermogenic effects and it does not suppress the appetite. There is no proven reason for ginger root to be included in a weight loss supplement.
Cayenne pepper increases the absorption of other ingredients. There may be a small thermogenic or fat-burning effect from taking cayenne, but it will not increase metabolism significantly.
Bitter orange or synephrine is a stimulant. When ephedra was banned, manufacturers replaced ephedra with synephrine. Unlike ephedra, synephrine is not proven to boost metabolism or weight loss. It will, however, increase heart rate and blood pressure.
Yerba mate is another stimulant. It works synergistically with bitter orange and the caffeine in green tea. Green tea, the final ingredient, is the only proven ingredient. Green tea contains caffeine and EGCG, both with clinical research backing in human studies.
The price of Metaslim is lower than other fat burners. The dieter can expect to pay about $19 for a one-month supply. While this may seem like a great deal, there are no appetite suppressants in the formula so the dieter will feel jittery and hungry.

There are more negatives than positives when it comes to Metaslim. Companies need an official website to prove dieters lose weight on the product a company is selling. Without an official website, the dieter must go on forum posts and advertisements, likely from affiliates earning a profit from selling the diet pill. We are not thrilled with the ingredient list as there are no appetite suppressing ingredients. The price is a huge pull for dieters who want a fat burner but don’t want to pay a premium price. But, with that lower price comes a formula that could leave the dieter even hungrier than they were before taking the fat burner.
