This book is designed to as a source for people who are looking to learn more about a whole foods diet, and how to get healthy and lose weight with one.

It gets its name from the fact that Jessica believes a true MILF “confident, sexy, and radiates natural femininity.” She says it’s actually very simple, because the saying “you are what you eat” is true. She says that even though the idea of eliminating refined sugars, meat and dairy from your diet seems a bit scary, it’s actually easier than you might think. To back up her claim, she supplies a variety of recipes such as: Oven- Roasted Root Vegetables with Garlic, Cumin, and Herbs; Edamame Dip; Lemony Quinoa Salad; and Poached Pears with Raspberry Sauce to keep you feeling satisfied, without feeling deprived. She says the diet is delicious and easy to follow, all while helping you lose weight.
