Mince Belle Review
What You Should Know
Mince Belle claims to suppress hunger, keep skin from sagging after weight loss and burn fat, among many other claims. The official ingredient list reads like a thousand other weight loss supplements, which means there is nothing new and the product will not likely live up to these claims. There is no official website, that we could find, but there are several third-party websites selling the supplement. Dieters only have to take one capsule per day, but they are advised to drink lots of water with the supplement and throughout the day.
List of Ingredients
Gotu Kola, Lemon Grass, Lima Root, Garcinia Cambogia, Hoodia Gordonii, Tejocote, Green Tea, Tile and Mangosteen.
Gotu kola has been used for thousands of years to treat everything from asthma to psoriasis. The ingredient is not the same as kola nut and it has no stimulating effects. There are no thermogenic properties.
Lemon grass is a sedative and cholesterol-reducing plant. It may cause the dieter to sweat more than usual, but it does not increase metabolism. Lima root could be the same as maca root. If this is the case, it may boost mood, but it will not increase weight loss.
Garcinia cambogia is a fat burner associated with potential liver damage. Until clinical studies can prove this ingredient is safe, we suggest dieters stay away from supplements containing garcinia cambogia.
Hoodia gordonii is a cactus extract that has no effect in the body. It is supposed to suppress appetite, but clinical studies prove a placebo is just as effective as hoodia. Tejocote used to be a forbidden fruit in the United States, but locally grown trees now supply the market. The fruit is rich in fiber.
Green tea is a thermogenic ingredient. Clinical evidence supports weight loss claims associated with green tea. Tile is an unknown ingredient and mangosteen is a superfruit with antioxidants properties.
Mince Belle sells for $47 a bottle.
An ingredient list is available online.
Green tea is backed with clinical support.
- The price is too high for a supplement with only one proven ingredient.
- Hoodia does not suppress appetite.
- Garcinia cambogia could be a dangerous ingredient.
The ingredient list for Mince Belle proves the supplement is not unlike so many other supplements on the market. The company offers a long list of claims and then offers no support for those claims. Green tea is a good ingredient for weight loss, but that is the only ingredient with proven weight loss benefits. We like the antioxidant support and source of fruit-fiber. The fact that garcinia cambogia could be associated with liver damage is enough for dieters to choose another supplement.
