Natabolic Stack by LG Sciences is a bodybuilding supplement promising “massive” gains. In the first few lines of the product description, LG Sciences tells the visitor that this supplement is only for people who are confused about supplementation and have no idea how to gain muscle the way they want. This sounds an awful lot like the company is preying on people who don’t know any better. Natabolic Stack consists of three supplements, an exercise program to build muscle and an eating plan. The supplements included in the stack are Natadrol, Formadrol and GHenerate. The stack sells for $89.99.

Product Features

Natadrol starts out with Tinospora Cordifolia. There are several uses for this herb, but they all have to do with one ailment or another. The diuretic properties may push excess water out of the body giving the lifter a slight cut, but there is no testosterone like effects or muscle building benefits. Cissus Quandrangularis is a natural pain reliever, probably used to control pain after working out. Hibiscus Rosa-Sinesis has been tested on rats that showed a testosterone boosting effect, but no human studies have been completed. The final ingredient in Natadrol is Curculigo Orchioides. This ingredient is used to treat fatigue and pain, but we could find no link to bodybuilding.

Formadrol is another testosterone boosting supplement in the Natadrol Stack. As the description states, the ingredients have only be tested with preliminary results.3 -beta-3-hydroxy-urs-12-ene-28-oic acid or Ursolic acid is present in fruits and may have an estrogen blocking effect on the body. 2-h-benzo{h}chromen-4-one is another estrogen blocker with mixed results in clinical trials.

Formadrol also has a SERM Complex. A SERM is a selective estrogen receptor modulator. Each type of cell in the body has a different style of SERM so all the ingredients in this complex are there to block estrogen from reacting with cells. We have trouble with the ingredients ginger and piperine specifically. Ginger is commonly used to treat stomach distress and piperine is included in supplements to increase absorption, not block estrogen.

The final supplement in Natadrol is GHenerate. One dedicated bodybuilder used the supplement for 8 weeks and reported weekly the changes he felt in his body. At the end of the supplement run, he had gained about seven pounds and increased body fat by 1%. GHenerate made him intensely hungry but it did improve sleep.

Disadvantages

  • Not for the average dieter.
  • Bodybuilders report increase hunger.

Conclusion

Natabolic Stack is not a supplement for every bodybuilder. Those who have been bodybuilding for a while will likely have specific brands and products they like that they stack together. This stack is for a beginner only who wants to bulk before cutting. There is no benefit to a dieter taking the Natabolic Stack.
