LG Sciences produces many bodybuilding supplements one of which is Natadrol. Natadrol is a natural testosterone booster with pSARM. The term pSARM may have been coined by LG Sciences as few other products use the term. There is no such term in the scientific or medical community. A pSARM is a plant based phytonutrients that works as a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator (SARM). As far as we can find, there are no SARMs that occur in nature.

List of Ingredients

Natadrol Complex: Tinospora Cordifolia.

Anabolic Factor: Cissus Quadrangularis.

pSARM CoFactors: Hibiscus Rosa-Sinesis, Curculigo Orchioides.

Product Features

We have to give LG Sciences either a pat on the back or a stiff kick for the ingredient list. This has to be the only bodybuilding supplement or natural testosterone booster with only four ingredients. Either the ingredients are strong and effective or Natadrol will miss the mark entirely.

Tinospora Cordifolia is listed as a diuretic that may have some treatment effects on illnesses like rheumatism or fevers associated with malaria. In India the ingredient is used to protect the liver from toxins. We could find no association with testosterone.

Cissus Quadrangularis is commonly used in weight loss and bodybuilding supplements. Bodybuilders typically use Cissus Quadrangularis to fight off pain after lifting. There have been a few studies linking Cissus Quadrangularis to weight loss, but those studies were completed by a company selling a product with Cissus Quadrangularis as the main ingredient. Again, no testosterone boosting effects were found.

Hibiscus Rosa-Sinesis is the first ingredient that has been directly tested for androgenic or testosterone boosting effects. The studies included rats and mice who were given huge doses of Hibiscus Rosa-Sinesis. No human studies have been completed to support the same effect in humans.

Curculigo Orchioides is the most interesting ingredient in Natadrol. The ingredient is commonly used to treat gonorrhea, diarrhea, piles, joint pain and fatigue. There is no association between the ingredient and testosterone.

Natadrol makes huge claims and even tells potential buyers to expect increased aggression after taking the supplement for the first time. This is a reaction associated with steroid use not using natural supplements. LG Sciences may be great at marketing, but the science behind this supplement is greatly lacking. For bodybuilders who want to give that aggression boost a try the product sells for $39.99.

Advantages

  • None.

Disadvantages

  • There is no such thing as a pSARM.
  • The ingredients are not proven to work as claimed.
  • The marketing hype is not backed with effective ingredients.

Conclusion

Natadrol is not a supplement bodybuilders will find effective. Dieters will see even less benefit from taking this supplement. Aside from the ineffective ingredients it is a bit scary for a supplement to warn users they will feel increased aggression.
