What You Should Know
Nature Cleanse System is manufactured and sold by Nature’s Pure supplement company. On the official website, the ingredient information is not currently available, but outside retailers list the ingredients. Taking ingredients from an outside source assumes the retailer is listing all herbs, which may leave some consumers skeptical about taking the cleansing product. Nature’s Pure offers a long list of weight loss aids and cleansing products. The Nature Cleanse System is not listed under the weight loss category.

There is nothing new or exciting in the ingredient list, which leaves us wondering why Nature’s Pure is unwilling to share the ingredient list with visitors. There are three types of ingredients used in the Nature Cleanse System, also known as PuriFiber. These types are fiber, laxative and fruit juice.
Fiber ingredients in Nature Cleanse System include psyllium husk, rice fiber, prune fiber and oat bran. These are all bulk forming laxatives that collect waste before expelling from the body. Bulk forming laxatives require lots of water to work well and if too little water is consumed, constipation can occur. Many bulk forming laxatives will include a warning about water intake. In addition to constipation, if enough water is not taken with the supplement, it can swell in the throat and cause a choking hazard.
Laxative ingredients are commonly added to cleansing supplements like Nature Cleanse System to lubricate the bowel and help expel waste. Slippery elm and butcher’s broom both have natural laxative tendencies. The final ingredient type is fruit juice. Fruit juices contain high levels of sugar, but also cause a laxative type effect on the body.
After finishing a cleanse like Nature Cleanse System, probiotics may need to be replenished in the bowel. Probiotics are healthy bacteria that aid in the digestive process. Nature Cleanse System includes probiotics in the formula, but this is a waste of a good ingredient. The probiotics will simply be flushed out of the body by the natural laxatives and fiber.
Nature Cleanse System is not sold on the official website. It can be purchased online, however, for $16.34 per bottle.
- Natural fiber is a healthy ingredient.

- Colon cleansing and natural laxative supplements will not increase weight loss.
There is a time and place for colon cleansing and Nature Cleanse System, but weight loss is not that time. There are better products aimed at increasing weight loss naturally with fat burners and appetite suppressants to choose from.
