NF-Pro is a whey protein supplement by All American EFX. The powdered is formulated to mix easily in any liquid, so no more clumps and grainy drinks for bodybuilders and dieters. Protein is a crucial part of lifting weights and losing weight. Unlike many other protein shakes, NF-Pro claims to leave behind the added carbohydrates, which could mean this product is ideal for lower carbohydrate dieting as well. No testimonials are available from previous customers. Testimonials are important when buying a protein supplement because taste could mean the difference between making a great buy and wasting money. Consumers can order NF-Pro from the official website.

List of Ingredients

Whey Protein, Alanine, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Cystine, Glutamic Acid, Glutamine, Glycine, Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Proline, Serine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Tyrosine and Valine, Flavoring and Sucralose.

Product Features

NF-Pro is more than a simple protein powder, as described in the literature available on All American EFX. There is a long list of amino acids typically found in the protein shake. Not all dieters will need amino acid supplementation and bodybuilders often take amino acid supplements with other products during the day. We are not sure whether All American EFX is claiming these amino acids are naturally occurring in the protein source or if they are added to the formula.

One scoop of NF-Pro contains 134 calories from fat, carbohydrates and protein. Fat supplies 18 calories. Carbohydrates supply 20 calories and protein supplies 96 calories. There is no fiber and five grams of carbohydrates in the supplement, so low carbohydrate dieters may want to look for a zero carbohydrate protein powder.

For the bodybuilder, protein works to feed the muscle. During weight lifting workouts, small tears are made in the muscle. During the next 24 to 48 hours, those small tears heal by forming new muscle fibers kn the spaces between the tears, kind of like scar tissue. This is where protein comes into play. Dieters will not typically need extra protein, especially 24 grams per protein shake.

There are no vitamins and minerals included in NF-Pro. This means the dieter will need to take a multivitamin along with this protein mix in order to use it as a meal replacement. The calorie total may be too low for a meal replacement as well. If more protein mix is used to increase calories, the dieter could consume too much protein which is then changed to carbohydrates and eventually fat.

Five pounds of NF-Pro sells for $79.99. While this is a lot of protein, the price is higher than comparable protein shake mixes. Dieters can find five pounds of protein from a local super retailer for less than $20 per two-pound container.

Conclusion

All American EFX NF-Pro is a “natural freak” product that will not create a “natural freak”. There is nothing more than protein in the supplement, yet there are carbohydrates on the label. There are zero carbohydrate protein supplements available at vitamin shops for less than this supplement if the bodybuilder is looking for a truly carbohydrate-free supplement. Dieters should not use this product as a meal replacement as no vitamins and minerals are added.
