Now T-Lean Review
What You Should Know
Now T-Lean is a vegetarian, stimulant free weight loss supplement made by Now Foods. As there are literally thousands of weight loss products on the market today all vying for your dollar, it is natural to be skeptical about whether or not a supplement would produce the results it claims to. Take a look at this review and decide for yourself if this is the best supplement choice to help you reach your weight loss goals.
List of Ingredients
Now T-Lean contains the following ingredients: Green Tea Extract Phytosome (GreenSelect® [Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) (Leaf)/Phosphatidyl Choline Complex] [min. 13% Total EGCg (19.5 mg)] (Caffeine-Free),Decaffeinated Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) (Leaf), Cellulose (capsule), Cellulose Powder, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silica.
Now T-Lean disappoints us because while it claims to, and does include a clinically proven weight loss ingredient, it contains a caffeine free version. The caffeine in green tea is what makes it effective, and without it you are not getting much in terms of help with weight loss. It is a healthy source of antioxidants, which will help boost your immune system and protect your body form free radical damage, but you can get that from drinking the tea itself. This, and the fact that we do not know how much of the “active” ingredients are in the formula leads us to believe you are better off investing your money in another supplement. It however, can be found for as little as $8, so if you want to give it a try, you would not be spending too much.
- Now T-Lean is a vegetarian weight loss supplement.
- This product is affordable.
- Now T-Lean is lacking in caffeine, which is the main reason green tea is an effective weight loss aid.
- We do not know how much of each ingredient is in the formula.
- There are no free trials of this product.
- This supplement has been met with mixed reviews, and many people have reported no difference in results.
Now T-Lean seems like it may have been a viable option at first glance, but once you consider the caffeine is the main reason why the green tea helps you boost metabolism and energy levels, the supplement really loses its power. This combined with not knowing how much of each ingredient is in the formula is reason enough to avoid it. While we do like that it offers a vegetarian option, there is not much else to be said for it. Instead of a supplement like this one, we recommend you combine a balanced diet and regular exercise with a clinically proven appetite suppressant or fat burner to get the best possible results.
