NRG X Labs Red Stinger Shot Review
What You Should Know
In a world of right now, instant energy shots are the newest weight loss, fat loss and energy boost craze. A small, 2-ounce bottle packs enough energy for 4 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours or all day, depending on the manufacturer claims and ingredient label. NRG-X Labs claims Red Stinger Shot will last all day, but that is highly unlikely. Just about every ingredient on the label is found on the label of competitor products. Stimulants, B vitamins and more stimulants.
List of Ingredients
NRG Venom Complex: Taurine, Caffeine, Malic Acid, Glucuronciactone, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, L-Phenylalanine.
Caffeine is the energy booster in this supplement. We have no idea how much caffeine is included per bottle, but we known the manufacturer claims it will boost energy all day, so it has to be a healthy dose. The product description claims it is the same amount of caffeine as one cup of coffee, but one cup of coffee does not provide all day energy.
The B vitamins are ideal for dieters sensitive to caffeine, but they have a VERY short half-life in the body. B vitamins are used immediately after taking a supplement. Whatever the body does not need, right then, is washed out during the next trip to the bathroom.
L-Tyrosine is an interesting ingredient included to reduce blood pressure. Stimulants increase heart rate and blood pressure. That means the dieter could feel jittery and nauseous. In some cases, increase heart rate and hypertension (increased blood pressure) may lead to health problems. L-Tyrosine may reduce blood pressure at least that is what the manufacturer hopes it will do.
Compared to Red Stinger and Red Stinger Black Label, this supplement is not very effective. It will not boost energy all day, though the caffeine content will give the user a short buzz for a few hours after taking the “shot” off venom.

Energy shots are a quick and easy way to consume a cup of coffee without the calories. Slam the shot and you have instant energy, but not all day energy. In most cases, there are less than 100 mg of caffeine per shot, but even that amount could prove too much for some dieters. Dieters with caffeine sensitivity should start with
