One A Day Weight Smart: One A Day Women’s Active Metabolism

What You Should Know

One A Day is a vitamin company that produces a variety of multi-vitamin products for men, women, seniors, and teens. They produce a weight support vitamin, once known as One a Day Weight Smart, now known as One a Day Women’s Active Metabolism. This review will take a closer look at the vitamin to see if it really offers any weight loss help.

List of Ingredients

Product Details

The One a Day Women’s Active Metabolism multi-vitamin is supposed to help women meet their daily nutritional requirements while also helping to boost the metabolism. There is caffeine in the formula as a result of the green tea, though it is no more than what is in a cup of coffee so it should not produce a heavily stimulant effect that will be bothersome. Women who are pregnant, nursing, or have an allergy to the fish in this product should not take it.

The Good

  • These vitamins are available for a reasonable price both online and at retail chain stores nationwide.

The Bad

  • There are no customer testimonials.
  • There are no free trials.
  • This is generally speaking just a multivitamin and doesn’t contain fat burners or appetite suppressants.
  • There are no money back guarantees.
  • Women who are pregnant, nursing, or allergic to the fish species in this product should not take it.

Conclusion

While taking a regular multi-vitamin is a good way to ensure your overall health, taking a metabolism vitamin likely won’t do much to boost your weight loss power. It is really better to get your vitamins and minerals from natural food sources than synthesized vitamins. We recommend using another product that has a proven fat burner or appetite suppressant in conjunction with another standard multivitamin to more effective. Combine the multi-vitamin and weight loss supplement with a more balanced diet and regular exercise routine for the best results.
