Organic Total Body Cleanse Review
What You Should Know
Organic Total Body Cleanse is a Renew Life supplement. The ingredient list, however, is eerily similar to Organic Total Boy Detox by Advanced Naturals. Each supplement has three cleansing supplements and a 14 day cleansing process. The ingredients are identical and both are organic. There is a possibility that the two supplements are created by the same company and marketed under two different names. The trouble with this is the fact that one is a body detox and the other a colon cleanser and should have different ingredients.
List of Ingredients
Organic Cleanse 1: Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Garlic Bulb, Milk Thistle Seed, Dandelion Leaf, Blessed Thistle Leaf, Echinacea Angustifolia Herb, Fenugreek Seed, Kelp, Mullein Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Oat Straw, Oregano Leaf, Parsley Leaf, Turmeric Root and Yellow Dock Root (all ingredients marked organic).
Organic Cleanse 2: Organic Oat Bran, Organic Flaxseed and Organic Acacia Fiber.
Organic Cleanse 3: Rhubarb Root, Fennel Seed, Marshmallow Root and Slippery Elm Bark (all ingredients marked organic).
Organic Total Body Cleanse is a 14-day program that uses herbs and fiber to cleanse the colon. The ingredient list is not any different from the hundreds of other cleansers aside from the fact that all ingredients are organic. Interestingly, the Organic Total Body Cleanse by Renew Life is the exact same formula marketed as Organic Total Body Detox by Advanced Naturals.
Renew Life posts testimonials and reviews from users. In most cases, these reviews are all positive, but that is not the case with Organic Total Body Cleanse. Users complained the supplement was too expensive and left them feeling dehydrated. Dehydration can occur with the use of diuretics and this formula has at least four diuretics in the first supplement alone – dandelion root, dandelion leaf, burdock root and parsley leaf.
For $34.99, this product may not be the safest colon cleanser. The fact that it is marketed as a detox and cleanser is one red flag, but when more than one consumer claims they are very thirsty when taking the product, dieters should beware.

Cleansing the colon is an occasional option for people experiencing constipation. Weight loss supplementation is a choice to improve weight loss that can be used long-term. While some users lost weight while taking the Organic Total Body Cleanse but this is not a typical effect of cleansing. Long-term weight loss requires calorie burn and a colon cleanser will not provide increased metabolism.
