Organica Research Review
What You Should Know
Organica Research formulates natural supplements to aid consumers in self healing and treatment. Many of the formulations could be considered alternative or homeopathic medicine. Possible ailments include diverticulitis, irritable bowel syndrome and difficulty losing weight. In the weight loss category, Organica Research offers Ultimate Trim.
List of Ingredients
Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Caralluma Fimbriata Extract, Caralluma Fimbriata Powder, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract, Theobromine, ATP Disodium and Cayenne Fruit.
Organica Research takes great pride in listing all ingredients in their natural formulas. In addition to the Ultimate Trim, the company also lists several parasite and colon cleansing products. Dieters may find some relief from occasional constipation with Organica Research colon cleansing products or detoxifying supplements, but weight loss will not be the primary benefit.
Ultimate Trim, however, does contain green tea leaf extract. The green tea is included in a proprietary blend which is a huge negative. Consumers want to know how much green tea the supplement includes, but Organica Research fails to offer that information. Aside from the Vitamin B6, B12 and Folate – no other supplement amounts are listed. We can assume Caralluma Fimbriata Extract and Powder are most abundant because they are listed first on the ingredient list, but that is just an assumption.
Caralluma Fimbriata has been used in at least one weight loss study. When participants were given one gram of the extract for 60 days, they did not lose weight or inches. Some participants did report a reduction in hunger, but subsequent weight loss did not result. Rat and nematode studies support an elevation in mood and reduction in stress related hunger when given Rhodiola Rosea, another ingredient in Ultimate Trim.
Organica Research does not list any of these clinical studies on their official website. While we expect they will not list the ones presenting a negative view of the supplement, positive trials are always good press for any supplement. Organica Research sells products for prices between $25 and $75 depending on the quantity ordered.
- Organica Research lists all ingredients used in supplements.
- Some prices are lower than competitor prices.
- Lower prices may mean a less effective product.
- Organica Research does not list clinical trials supporting ingredients in their supplements.
- Most Organica Research supplements are cleansing products.
Organica Research may offer one weight loss product, but the formula leaves much to be desired. When ingredients are included as part of a proprietary blend, the dieter has no idea how much is included in the formula. Too little and the supplement is not going to be effective. Proven weight loss supplements will list ingredient amounts and clinical trials supporting those ingredients on the official website.
