The P.I.N.K. Method is a new fitness program designed for women that made its debut in the U.S. market via the Dr. Phil Show. The P.I.N.K. Method is short for: Power, Intensity, Nutrition, and Kardio. The program is broken down into four different phases. PINK Reset is the short detoxification phase at the beginning of the program. PINK Primary is the fat burning part of the program. PINK 7 Day Shred is a week long program designed to amp up your efforts to make losing those last few pounds easy, and to keep you from hitting plateaus as you lose weight. PINK Preservation is the final phase, designed to keep you from regaining the weight you lost.
