  • The P.I.N.K. Method is safe for diabetics, vegetarians, and those with gluten sensitivities.
  • This program works for women of all ages.

  • The P.I.N.K. Method is not a program designed for men.
  • Pregnant women and nursing mothers are not advised to follow this program. There are no variations for women who fall into this category.
  • This is only fit for people who are considered to have “normal” health. If you have any health conditions, this program is not advised.
  • Celebrity endorsements often cloud the perception of the program. It is important to remember Dr. Phil is not really a doctor.
  • At the time of this review, the product is listed for $67.98 plus shipping and handling, 15% off the regular price. This is an expensive investment for many people who want to get started on the path to a healthier life.

The P.I.N.K. Method is definitely thorough in what it addresses, because of the various phases, the workout options, and the nutrition information. However, it definitely lacks, because the plan does not account for people with health issues, women who want to stay fit while pregnant, and women who are nursing their children. It would be even better if it had an option for men to use, so that a couple could use it together for motivation. If you decide to use this program because you fit the profile, we recommend using the diet and exercise with a clinically proven safe and effective weight loss supplement that features either an appetite suppressant, a fat burner, or a combination of the two.
