PEB One Review
What You Should Know
PEB One is a fat burning supplement that claims to work where other supplements have not. The claims on the official website include fat burning, lean muscle maintenance and control of food cravings. Many weight loss supplements make these claims, but few back up these claims with true clinical data. From a quick look at the official website, it seems that PEB One is no different from these other supplements.
List of Ingredients
Garcinia Cambogia Ext. 50% HCA (fruit), Guarana Ext. 50% caffeine (seed), Citrus Aurantium Ext. 6% Synephrine (fruit), Hoodia, White Willow Ext 15% Salicin (bark), L-Carnitine Base, Dandelion (root), Uva ursi (leaves), Green Tea Ext 50% polyphenols (leaves), Cayenne Pepper (fruit), Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine HCL) , Chromium (as Chromium Amino Acid Chelate) , Magnesium Stearate.
PEB One includes many of the same ingredients as other weight loss supplements. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not tell the consumer how much of each ingredient is used in the formula. Guarana Seed Extract is a stimulant that will increase heart rate to increase metabolism. The same effects will result from taking Green Tea Extract and Caffeine. When three stimulants are included in the same supplement, the dieter may feel the effects of the stimulants as more of a negative response than a positive one. Over-stimulation can result in jitters, nausea and vomiting in some cases.
In addition to the three main stimulants, PEB One contains Citrus Aurantium. Citrus Aurantium is another stimulant that is being investigated for effects that resemble those of Ephedra. Though the ingredient has yet to be banned by the Food and Drug Administration in the United States, there has been at least one death associated with taking Citrus Aurantium, which is also marketed under the names Synephrine and Bitter Orange Extract.
Users of PEB One are warned that some prescription medications are not to be taken while using PEB One. Diabetics are also warned not to take the supplement. Generally, we find that supplements with multiple warnings include ingredients that may be detrimental to overall health and should be avoided whenever possible. The lack of clinical data backing up the weight loss claims is another indication that PEB One is a supplement that should not be trusted.
PEB One retails for $89.99 for a one-month supply. Dieters who choose to order more than one month can do so at a discounted price. There are no free trials available on the official PEB One website.

No weight loss supplements should be taken at risk of causing health related problems. There is a chance that PEB One could contain too many stimulants for most users.
