Perfect Energy Review
What You Should Know
Perfect Energy is a whole food supplement that claims to include healthy ingredients for sustained energy. When we read the fine print we realize the supplement works by supporting cellular energy production; it does not include ingredients for immediate energy. B vitamins are included on the ingredient list, so the user is bound to feel at least a small bump in energy for a few hours after taking the supplement, but cellular energy production will not be changed immediately. There is no clinical proof any of the ingredients in Perfect Energy supports energy production.

As you can tell from the ingredient list, there are no stimulants in Perfect Energy. This supplement is not designed to give the dieter extreme energy within minutes of taking the supplement. The ingredients are designed to support optimal mitochondrial and cellular function so energy can be produced from food more efficiently. None of the ingredients will boost metabolism or help the body burn more fat. The effect is not immediate, but there are B vitamins in the supplement. B vitamins offer an immediate boost in energy that lasts a short time. The body cannot store excess B vitamins so any B vitamins the body cannot use immediately are washed out of the body during urination.
There is a bit of green tea in the supplement, but the green tea is included in a proprietary blend that has only 377 mg. The optimal amount of green tea for energy and metabolism support ranges from 300 to 350 mg. There is not enough green tea in this supplement.

Perfect Energy does not pack the dieter full of stimulants for an immediate energy high followed by a steep energy crash. There are no ingredients proven to have a long-term effect on energy, as claimed by the supplement description. The B vitamins will offer a short boost, but that is all the energy the dieter will receive from Perfect Energy.
