What You Should Know
Pro Xanthine is a stimulant supplement in the FinaFlex line from ReDefine Nutrition. The stimulants used in this formula are both proven and dangerous. Dieters should not take this supplement to increase metabolism due to the potential side effects associated with overstimulation and stimulant overload. Caffeine is a proven stimulant associated with increased metabolism. The dieter needs only caffeine to boost metabolism, not the long list of stimulants included in Pro Xanthine.
The official ReDefine Nutrition website does a great job of listing all ingredients. The bodybuilder can order the product directly and choose complimentary supplements to go along with Pro Xanthine.
List of Ingredients
Antioxidant Energy Amplification: 1,3,7 Trimethylxanthine, Blueberry Extract, Thiamine Disulfide Butyrate, Green Tea Extract, Methyl Synephrine and Dimethylxanthine.
Mood Elevator and Focus Factor: 2-amino-4-methylhexane and Schizandrol A.
There are two blends included in Pro Xanthine. The first aims to increase energy and endurance. The ingredients include green tea – proven to boost metabolism and various xanthines. Xanthine is similar to caffeine and has the same effects on the body. One stimulant is more than enough, but Pro Xanthine combines four into one blend. The possible side effects include loss of sleep, jitters, shakes, nausea and muscle cramping.
The Mood Elevator portion of the supplement is just as dangerous as the stimulant blend. Mood boosters tend to affect mood; that’s a given, but it is this mood effect that causes problems for dieters and bodybuilders with a history of mental illness or psychiatric conditions. You should not take Pro Xanthine if you are currently taking prescription medications for mood.
Despite the fact that Pro Xanthine looks like a fat burner, it is stronger than the average dieter needs in a fat burner. Bodybuilders use caffeine and other stimulants constantly. This formula is designed to remain effective long after the body gets used to normal caffeine supplements.
- Pro Xanthine will increase energy.
- Ingredients are listed in the product description.
- Could increase metabolism.
- Available for sale from the manufacturer.
- Contains too many stimulants for the average dieter.
- Will likely cause negative side effects.
- Could be dangerous for the average dieter.
The bodybuilder looks for a stimulant that is stronger and longer lasting than the average dieter. This formula is the one they are looking for, but the negative side effects that could happen after taking Pro Xanthine outweigh the benefits, in our opinion. Taking too many stimulants leads the body to depend on those stimulants for energy. Eventually, the body will get used to the stimulants and the bodybuilder could go through withdrawals if they stop taking the supplement. This product is NOT designed for weight loss.
