I started protidiet 4 weeks ago and have lost 14.5 pounds. No fruit though as it has natural sugar which will take you out of ketosis. Did your clinic tell you to have fruit ?!! My question: I see many U.S sites sell boxes for $12. Does anyone know where we can buy it in Canada without going through a clinic and paying $20 per box. I want to lose another 30 pounds and would like to spend less. Thanks.

I’m looking to purchase the Protidiet products in Canada too. It’s ironic that the products are made in Canada, yet we canadians have to buy from the U.S. or pay outrageous clinic prices. I say $12 a box is not bad, although i’ve seen cheaper}, but it’s the shipping, taxes and customs fees that just makes the overall cost rediculously high.

I’ve been eating 2 protidiet supplements a day along with a 2 starch, 2 fruit, 2 protein & 2 vegetable serving diet per day for almost 3 months. I even give myself 1 cheat day a week… I’ve lost 23 pounds and feel better than I have in years. I still have about 30 pounds left to go but feel truly motivated and confident to hit my goal. I’m a huge fan of the Protidiet supplements !!!

Jess – I just started the Proteidiet and I am on the MM3 plan, not sure if that tells you anything cuz it may only be a reference from the clinic I am at. But I believe its the same plan as you mentioned above.
I just wanted to know if you have 2 protidiet food in combo with 2 protein servings per day? So by the end of the day you would have had:
4 portions of protein
2 fruit servings
2 veg servings
2 starch servings
I just wanted to be sure I understood.

I have been on it 8 weeks. I like the food. I have lost 13 pounds. I didn’t have much to lose, so it is much harder to get off. I am also in therapy and cannot exercise. The drinks taste like crystal Lite, but without the artificial sweetener taste. I use it as my snack about 10:00 am. it fills me up and I enjoy it. I eat a bar in the evening as a second snack. I have liked all of them. They satisfy the cravings for sweets. I have made all of my meals. I wish it were not so expensive, but I will keep ordering it.
