Rage Version X Review
What You Should Know
Rage Version X is a fat burner that improves mood, increases energy and leans out the body, according to the product description. We were able to find a complete list of ingredients and the ingredients in the formula support some of these product claims, but not others. There are also ingredients in the Rage Version X formula that make the supplement unsafe for some dieters. Fat burners should never include ingredients for water loss or constipation. If you find a fat burner with ingredients that claim to detox the body or reduce water weight, these products are designed for short-term use and should not be taken for longer than a few days.
List of Ingredients
- Caffeine Anhydrous
- Time Released Caffeine
- Cassia Nomame
- Dandelion Root
- Green Tea
- Uva Ursi
- Thiamine Disulfide
- Citrus Aurantium
- N-Acetyl Tyrosine
The ingredient list for Rage Version X is scary, just like rage. There are two forms of caffeine – powdered and time released. The powdered form is common in supplements, but the time released extends the time the dieter feels energy from the supplement. If Rage Version X is taken in the afternoon it could impede restful sleep.
Dandelion root and uva ursi are diuretics. These ingredients force water out of the body and are commonly used by bodybuilders to shed the last few pounds of water weight before competition. Diuretics should not be used for long periods of time as they can cause potassium loss.
In addition to the caffeine, there is geranamine and citrus aurantium. Geranamine is associated with heart palpitations and citrus aurantium is the cousin to ephedra. It does not have the proven effect on fat loss, but it does carry some of the same negative side effects.
Tyrosine is added to the Rage Version X formula to reduce blood pressure. Stimulants commonly increase blood pressure. Dieters with heart conditions or those taking medications to lower blood pressure should not take Rage Version X.

Rage Version X is a dangerous stimulant that should be used with caution. This supplement is not designed for the average dieter, but rather the bodybuilder who has built up a resistance to caffeine and needs to shed water for competition. We suggest skipping this product because use could lead to jitters, nervousness, dehydration, muscle cramping and increased blood pressure.
