Resurrect PM Review
What You Should Know
Resurrect PM is a Ronnie Coleman supplement designed to support muscle development and recovery during sleep. Ronnie Coleman is a former competitive bodybuilder who now offers a series of supplements for bodybuilders. During sleep muscles are building, recovering and growing. According to Ronnie Coleman Nutrition, this is the perfect time to support muscles, growth hormone production and sleep.
We looked on the official Ronnie Coleman Nutrition website and we found a listing for Resurrect PM, but the listing was not active. The price listed is $69.99, but the link leads to a blank page. We did find the supplement listed on outside websites for the same price.
List of Ingredients
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin E
- Vitamin B6
- Magnesium Citrate
- Zinc Sulfate
- Creatine Gluconate
The ingredient list makes it clear that this supplement is not designed for the dieter. Ingredients like creatine and L-arginine are purely bodybuilding ingredients and they have quite a bit of clinical and bodybuilder support, but creatine is typically taken before a workout not before bed.
There are no ingredients in this formula to promote healthy sleep. We kind of expected to see some melatonin or valerian root to promote healthy sleep, but Resurrect PM is just a supplement designed for use at night. It doesn’t contain any stimulants, which is the only thing separating this supplement from day time creatine supplements.
There is no mention of how much creatine is in Resurrect PM. This could cause a problem if you are already taking creatine during the day. More creatine will not necessarily cause more muscle growth or aid in recovery, but it may cause more side effects. The common side effects associated with creatine include muscle cramping and water retention.
