I’ve personally used this product, which is now called 24/7 for the past 3 years. But I don’t use it for weight loss, I take it to maintain glucose levels and for cholesterol reduction. After 6 months of using dialy, my cholesterol dropped from 230 down to 197. This was the only change I made in my diet or with exercise.
