Shapeworks Review

What You Should Know

ShapeWorks is the name for a line of products produced by the company Herbalife that is sold worldwide. Herbalife itself has been running for over 24 years, and ShapeWorks is one branch of this tradition. It is based on the idea that our health lies in the health of our cells, which should be able to absorb all of the nutrients that we feed them. Therefore, ShapeWorks products are designed to provide the optimum level of ingredients for our cells to absorb easily.

The ShapeWorks website contains very detailed information on the aims of the program. These include curbing hunger by the ingestion of protein, using a personalized program according to your individual needs and using scientifically proven products and finding products that are easy to include in your everyday life.

ShapeWorks is designed to be a supplement to your diet that will help keep your body healthy while you are trying to lose weight. The first step includes contacting a coach who will develop a personalized meal plan for you with the correct amount of protein for effective weight management.

Ingredients

Shapeworks has many products that contain different ingredients.

Product Features

The ShapeWorks program includes ingredients to make tasty meal replacement shakes including a recipe book to allow variety in the meals. This program emphasizes total body nutrition which gives the body everything it needs during the important phase of attempting to lose weight. It also provides guidance on planning every meal.

One of the downsides of the program is that it is rather expensive, though you can save money by buying the products in packages. You should look up each product individually to discover the specific ingredients that are included.

Advantages

  • ShapeWorks products are available in a variety of different packages.
  • The various packages include meal replacement drinks, appetite suppressants, and supplements that are all designed to work together.

Disadvantages

  • The individual product descriptions are pretty vague.
  • The cheapest ShapeWorks program costs over $80.
  • Herbalife products have very mixed reviews from third party websites.

Conclusion

The ShapeWorks packages contain a lot of interesting products such as meal replacement drinks, multivitamins, cellulite fighters, and cell activators. The problem we have is that the website doesn’t really give enough details on the individual products to form a good opinion on them. Instead, you have to either request a free information packet, or speak to one of the ShapeWorks coaches directly.

We like the discounts offered by the manufacturer when you buy an advanced package but we would have liked to have more information available on the official website. We don’t like to sign up for information packages because you may end up on a mailing list that you didn’t really want.
