Slendex Review

What You Should Know

Slendex is an all-natural weight control supplement that was formulated by a “leading” British pharmacist and his staff. After four years of research and development, this team created their flagship diet aid, Slendex. Slendex is the only product offered on the official website which, unfortunately, doesn’t have a lot of useful information available.

Slendex claims to understand that we all live in a hectic world where we might not have time for diet tasks such as counting calories, carbs, or points like many diet programs require. The official Slendex website gives many examples of why dieters and mothers (presumably, in this case, the meal prepareres for overweight families) are just too busy to maintain a proper diet program and Slendex claims to take all that stress away by providing a “diet in a bottle” type product.

List of Ingredients

Slendex contains: Methyl Cellulose, Vegetable Shell (Hypromellose), L-Carnitine, Bladderwrack Extract ,Dandelion Extract, Boldo Extract, Magnesium Stearate, Chromium Picolinate.

Product Features

Slendex seems to be all natural and stimulant free which is always nice for a diet supplement. The official website says that all you have to do is take one Slendex capsule 30 minutes before you eat, along with 8 ounces of water. This causes Slendex to break down the fat you are about to eat as well as fat that you already have in your body. The website is very vague as to how any of this actually happens, though.

Looking at the ingredients, the only thing we really notice is that this product contains Chromium. This is a proven blood sugar regulator that also has some slight appetite suppressing properties. If taken over a long period of time, many people will drop a few pounds. Chromium actually increases lean muscle mass so you may look better but weigh about the same, which is not necessarily a bad thing. We don’t see anything else particularly useful in the ingredients list. Methyl cellulose is used since it may absorb liquid in the stomach, which could help you feel full, but how well that works is still the subject of research.

Advantages

  • Slendex doesn’t contain many ingredients, and they are all listed on the official website.

Disadvantages

  • Slendex does not contain any proven fat burners.
  • The official Slendex website is very vague and contains little useful information.

Conclusion

Slendex doesn’t have a lot going for it compared to the more popular diet products currently available. Methyl Cellulose may expand in your stomach, but whether or not that will cause you to eat less is unknown, and it also may have am unpleasant laxative effect. We can’t recommend Slendex at this time because we feel that your money would be much better off spent on a well known product that has popular fat burners and and appetite suppressant in the ingredient list.
