To get the reults that Slim in 6 offers you need to follow the diet plan included with the program. 5 SMALL meals every 2 to 3 hours and keep daily caloric intake around 1,200 on average depending on what you weigh now. If you are doing Weight Watchers or any other program with this, that’s fine. You are still getting healthy and toned BUT you will NOT see the results advertised in the informercials.

I disagree i didn’t follow their diet plan. i just eat less and stopped the snacking that we all do that we shouldn’t. i have lost 26 # since sept 2009 and have gone from a 16 to a 10. You do not HAVE to follow their diet plan to get results you just have to commit to doing the work

Hey Lesa, Do you think this is feasable for a 180 lb person to lose 20-30lbs by May?? Tryin to lose the weight for a wedding.i workout 6 days a wk doin tredmill, eliptical and bike for 45-60 mins/day, only lost abotu 5lbs so far, lookin for a faster way and also lose some thigh, butt and arms weight. Does this work?????Is it worth the $60?

it is possible but you really have to work hard and eat healthy. before i started SI6 i worked out 6 days a week at the gym. in the first dvd i was sweating like i hadnt worked out for years. you just have to be really committed and it will work.

Here is my experience. I had bought slim in 6 years ago from the infomercial and never used it. Back in February I decided to start taking better care of myself, eating right and exercising again. I did mostly step aerobics, running, and kick boxing. I lost weight. One day I was bored with the same things and started the ramp it up, then the burn it up. It made the most difference for me for the mid section. I still use it at least twice a week, using the slim and 6 pack on the days I run. I love the combination of weights with the cardio, to get it all in. I am much slimmer, lost 42 pounds all together! I did not however follow the 6 week program.
