How long do you exercise each day with Slim6? Is it more than an hour or less? I would like to do it in the early morning before work.I know that there are diferent disk, but just wondering the amount of time to complete a exercise program per day. thanks:)
Lauren, March 30th, 2010:
the ’start it up’ video is about 25 min long. then the slim and limber video (stretching) is about 15. It has a timer in the corner to tell you how much time is left.
Val, January 25th, 2010:
I was wondering how intense are the exercises. Is it suitable for beginners or just for the experienced.
Charity, January 29th, 2010:
There are three levels of intensity in the videos: Start it Up, Ramp it Up, and Burn it Up. I like that because you can start slow and work your way up. I’ve been using Slim in 6 for about 4 weeks. I tried Burn it Up for the first time last night and couldn’t keep up with it, but it will make a good challenge. I’ve lost 14 pounds so far by using Slim in 6, cutting calories, and walking/jogging.

I started slim in 6 about a week ago… and did the 6 day diet and lost 6 lbs… i forgot to track my inches.. I went with the second plan thats in the book… it seemed to be the most followable to me seeing i eat mainly protein anyway. I took 2 weeks off before i started the work outs and i am now on my second day. and let me tell you my legs burn… i weigh 220 and am about 5′5 and i can do the programs. so i think that anyone can… good luck

How strict is the diet??? im about 180lbs and i wanna lose 20-30lbs. for my brothers wedding in MAY!..is this possible?
Alicia, February 28th, 2010
I think the moves are very simplistic, so very suitable for uncoordinated people like myself. The moves are basic and intensity increases as you advance to thru the different levels. I love SI6, there is a lot of focus on correct form and the stretching sections are yoga! I was over 200lbs. and had no trouble getting going. I noticed results right away and feel much
Dina, May 5th, 2010:
Started slim in 6 back in Feb and lost 7 inches total from my theighs, hips, waste, and arms…only lost 5 lbs, but I guess inches are more important than pounds, so i’m pretty satisfied. I’m still doing the Burn It Up DVD about 4 or 5 days a week b/c I like the workout. Would definitely recommend Slim in 6 to someone who is willing to comment for 6 weeks.
