Slimbionic 99 Review
What You Should Know
Slimbionic 99 is a weight loss supplement from the makers of Slimbionic Slimming Tea and other weight loss products. The ingredients are not listed on the official website, but the company does support online ordering. We are weary of ordering supplements from companies who do not bother to give the dieter a chance to research ingredients and determine whether the supplement will be safe as formulated and effective. We found a complete ingredient list online, but the total amounts of each of the ingredients are not listed.
List of Ingredients
Caralluma Fimbriata, Garcinia Cambogia, Glycyrrhizin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, L-Carnitine, Bioperine and Beta Sitosterol.
Caralluma Fimbriata is eerily similar to Hoodia Gordonii. Both appetite suppressants are derived from a cactus. Unlike Hoodia, which is proven to have no effect on appetite, Caralluma may help stave off hunger. It is also commonly used to curb thirst.
Garcinia Cambogia is the main fat burner in Slimbionic 99. The ingredient was once thought to be safe, but the active ingredient hydroxycitric acid, may be associated with liver damage. The FDA called out mega-weight loss supplement company Hydroxycut because of the potential health risks of garcinia cambogia.
Glycyrrhizin is a natural sweetener. This is a supplement in pill form, so there is no need for a sweetener. There are some supplement companies that claim this ingredient reduces inflammation and being overweight or obese is a constant state of inflammation.
Alpha Lipoic Acid is an antioxidant. The most concentrated sources of alpha lipoic acid in the human body are cells responsible for energy production, specifically energy produced from glucose.
L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid. It aids in the digestion of food. Bioperine is a fancy word for black pepper. There are no weight loss benefits associated with black pepper, but it may help the body quickly absorb the other ingredients in the supplement.
The final ingredient is Beta Sitosterol. This ingredient is used to improve cholesterol health, not for weight loss.
One bottle of Slimbionic 99 sells for $80. This price is far too high for a supplement with dangerous ingredients and no proven clinical support.
- No ingredient list posted on the official website.
- The product sells for more than most proven supplements.
- Garcinia cambogia may be linked to liver damage.
We are not thrilled by the ingredient list for Slimbionic 99. The supplement packs together common ingredients with no proven effects. The dieter does not want to spend $80 on a supplement that will not work. Green tea, caffeine and chromium are proven and cheap, so the company could have laced this supplement with one or more of these ingredients for a small, bright light of hope.
