Slimbionic Slimming Tea Review
What You Should Know
Slimbionic Slimming Tea packs a weight loss punch in a tea bag. The supplement claims to promote weight loss with natural fat burners and appetite suppressants. What we found were ingredients with linked to potential liver damage and stimulants with no clinical support for weight loss. Products like Slimbionic Slimming Tea have a bad name with dieters. Many include ingredients with indecipherable names and unknown “natural ingredients.” Slimbionic only includes known ingredients, which is a step in the right direction.
List of Ingredients
Garcinia Cambogia, Poria Cocos, Trigonella Foenum Graecum, Cyamposis Gum, Marumi Kumgurat, Prophyra, Guarana Seed Extract and Coleus Forskohlii.
Garcinia cambogia is a fat burning ingredient used in many weight loss supplements. One of the major supplements that once used garcinia in every supplement was Hydroxycut. Another name for garcinia cambogia is hydroxycitric acid, thus the supplement name. After dieters reported liver damage associated with Hydroxycut products, the company took all products containing garcinia cambogia off the market and introduced new supplements without the ingredient.
Poria Cocos is a detox and health boosting ingredient for lungs, heart and kidneys. This ingredient has no fat burning potential or weight loss benefits. Trigonella Foenum Graecum is fenugreek. Fenugreek is used to regulate blood glucose levels and potentially control hunger.
Cyamposis Gum is a thickener commonly used in supplements and food products. It has no known health benefits. Marumi Kumgurat is used to sweeten the tea slightly. While it is a common ingredient in herbal teas from China, we are unsure why the ingredient is used in a weight loss product. Prophyra is seaweed.
Guarana Seed Extract is a stimulant without any known clinical support. It will cause the heart rate to increase, but the amount in Slimbionic Slimming Tea could be limited because it is included in tea form. Coleus Forskohlii may help suppress appetite, but the amount in this supplement is far less than the effective dose of 1,000 mg – that would be a huge tea bag.
- No ingredients are listed on the official Slimbionic website.
- The price, $15, is more than other slimming teas.
- The product contains no proven ingredients.
- Some ingredients have no weight loss function.
Slimbionic Slimming Tea may include known ingredients, unlike so many other slimming teas, but the ingredients are not going to promote weight loss. The official website does not bother to list any of the ingredients, but they do list the price and support online ordering. If a company is not willing to reveal the ingredients, the dieter should take a walk away from the product and choose a different product. We suggest products with caffeine, chromium and green tea.
