SuperPump Max Review
What You Should Know
Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump Max is a bodybuilding supplement designed to increase workout pumps and muscle mass. The pre-workout shake is offered in fruit punch, orange and grape flavors. There are several complexes and matrixes in the formula, which could be confusing for the bodybuilder. Inventive names are used to make common ingredients appear more important or fantastic. Many of the ingredients in SuperPump Max are found in other pre-workout shake mixes.
List of Ingredients
SuperPump Max Proprietary Blend: MyoVol ElectroHYDRATION Complex – L-Taurine, Calcium Glycerophosphate, Sodium Glycerophosphate, Sustamine, Di-Magnesium Malate, Potassium Phosphate. Nitric OxiENDURANCE Complex – L-Citrulline, Carnipure, L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate, Beet Extract. Branch Chain MTOR Stimulation Blend – L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine. PhosphoDRIVE Signaling Complex – Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Magna Powder, Setria. CogniDRIVE Acceleration Matrix – L-Tyrosine, Caffeine, Oxytropis Falcate Extract, Peak ATP, Glucoronolactone.
L-Taurine is amino acid with antioxidant properties. It may help control blood glucose levels and maintain healthy fat metabolization, but we found no link to increased endurance or oxidation of muscles.
Calcium Glycerophosphate is commonly used to fight the effects of a highly acidic diet. We could find no link between this ingredient and bodybuilding. Sodium Glycerophosphate helps balance calcium and phosphate metabolism. Sustamine is an L-glutamine ingredient. The ingredient claims to increase hydration and muscle endurance. The official website for Sustamine notes these claims have not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
Carnipure is a form of L-Carnitine that maximizes energy production when fat is used for energy.
Caffeine is a stimulant proven to increase fat loss and weight loss when taken in proven amounts. There is no link to muscle growth or nitric oxide levels. Creatine monohydrate pulls fluid into the muscle. Hydration reduces recovery time between workouts. Nearly all bodybuilding pre-workout shakes will include creatine.
Peak ATP is adenosine triphosphate. ATP is responsible for energy production in the body. Humans make ATP as a result of fat and carbohydrate metabolism. There are no studies supporting the claim that ATP supplements increase energy.
SuperPump Max sells for $15.99 per 160 grams.

Increasing energy pre-workout is important for most bodybuilders. Typically, they will use an energy supplement laced with caffeine and other stimulants. While SuperPump Max offers a bit of stimulation, it may not be enough for seasoned bodybuilders. There are no clinical trials supporting most of the ingredients. This factor could cause mistrust between Gaspari Nutrition and SuperPump Max; possibly other supplements but the company as well. Dieters will gain no benefit from SuperPump Max.
