Product Features

The supplement is designed to help boost the immune system and support healthy digestion by delivering hundreds of millions of live bacteria straight to the digestive system. It is said to offer 10 times more beneficial probiotics to the digestive system than yogurt. Ganeden BC30 is the main ingredient in Sustenex and is a proprietary blend created by Ganeden Biotech. This ingredient is formulated to survive the stomach acid, which makes it unique. Sustenex is for consumers age 12 and over, and dosing instructions are to take one capsule per day with 8 ounces of water.

Have you tried the Lady Soma Probiotics? I was recommended by my gynecologist (who is a woman) and it is the best probiotic I have ever tried. Produces great results even taking only one per day. The only Con is that it is almost impossible to find ……their website (not amazon anymore) is the only place that I have been able to find it lately and even here it is in and out of stock

    I am stocking up!

I have been using Sustenex for over a year. I lost about 7 pounds after 3 weeks or so. After eating a meal, I don’t have that “stuffed” feeling. I have maintained regularity and best of all; I haven’t gone to the Doctor for any illness or any infections. I have not experienced any downside to taking this great product!

I do not have bowel problems but started taking sustenex about 10 days ago then I started to become constipated, didnt pass for about 4 days and now have the bloodiest feces I have ever seen. If you do not have issues to begin with do not suggest using this product.

bloody feces can be caused by constipation. Drink a lot of water with this product and exercise. You might also try a stool softener.

Have been taking 2-3 months now. It definitely boosted my immunity–my elementary school son has been sick three times and amazingly I haven’t caught anything. BUT it has caused my mother, neice and I to gain 10 lbs all around the mid-section. Maybe it’s just a family thing. Since yogurt does not cause weight gain for me, I will be going back to two/day.

Try increasing your exercise levels. I don’t see how this could make you gain weight. Could it be gas? Gas can look like a weight gain as it would push out your midsection. Go see a doctor about this.

I’ve had IBS for over 20 years & have just started taking Sustenx & notice a remarkable difference in regularity and conistency!!! w/o really any noticible side effects. Like someone else previously stated, I tried Sustenex for it’s probiotic function & it’s affordability. It may save me from having a colonoscopy before I’m 50:)

I have taken Sustenex for 3 days for IBS and experienced itching hives during the night. Could Sustenex be the cause and are there any other side effects?

I have used Sustenex for about a month I really like how it has made me feel I have control over my own bowel movement. I am regular and I even feel better. For years I was told I had IBS (Irritable bowel Syndrome) I tried the yoguts but you actually have to eat those daily. which I was unable to accomplish. I Had my Gallbladder removed in October 2009. Nad felt better for a while, then the irrugular bowels with that constipation then Diahrrea combination. I found myself running to get to the ladies ladies room then I heard some kind of commercial and decided to check out the probiotic meds in the store. I Chose Sustenex because financially it was a great deal. #30 for $13.12 the other brand was up there @ around $40.00 for the same amount I Am so glad I tried it. I will keep using it. At first I did have some constipation so it is importanat to drin king that water It helps a lot. Also I have been taking them every other day and It works for me. Thank you Ganeden for creating a product that helps me feel better and I can Afford.

Is this product helpful to a severe yeast infection?

    [Reply]

    Charli

Probably not since yogurt only works as a douche. I’d check with the company before I’d try anything.
