Symmetry Diet Magic Review
What You Should Know
Symmetry Diet Magic has recently changed its name to Symmetry Symply Magic. The supplement claims to increase metabolism and make it easier to lose weight. The only difference between the old formula and the new formula is the addition of lipase, protease and amylase – digesting enzymes. These enzymes may help food digest properly, but they are not going to increase weight loss or metabolism.
Symmetry Diet Magic sells online through the official website. The new product is in a box, not a bottle like the original product, so any retailer selling Symmetry Diet Magic in a bottle is selling the old formula.
List of Ingredients
- Vitamin B6
- Jet Black Cocoa Seed Extract
- Barley Grass
- 1, 3 Dimethylpentylamine HCL
- Trace Mineral Complex
- Caralluma Fimbriata
- Concentrated Vegetarian Amylase
Symmetry Diet Magic includes several common weight loss ingredients, including caffeine, chromium, green tea and vitamin B6. These ingredients work together to increase energy and reduce hunger. The 100 mg of caffeine in the formula is supplied by the green tea extract, but there is no mention of how much green tea is included in the formula. Green tea is a proven weight loss ingredient that works by supplying both caffeine and EGCG. The dieter needs to know how much green tea is in Symmetry Diet Magic so they know if there is enough to work as clinically proven.
The good ingredients in some formulas are often overshadowed by the bad ingredients and that is the case with Symmetry Diet Magic. We were unhappy to find beta-phenylethylamine and 1, 3 dimethylpentylamine. These ingredients are associated with negative side effects, including heart palpitations and altered mood. It is not safe for all dieters to take these ingredients.
- All ingredients are listed on the official Symmetry Diet Magic website.
- Several of the ingredients are proven to have a positive impact on weight loss and metabolism.
- The amounts for all ingredients are not listed.
- Some ingredients could have a negative impact on the dieter.
Symmetry Diet Magic is a fat burning, appetite suppressing supplement that could be worthwhile if the company did not add in some potentially dangerous ingredients. We’d love to see the supplement reformulate with a proven amount of green tea and without the dangerous ingredients. Until Symmetry makes those changes we suggest the dieter skip Diet Magic and choose a product from a trusted company with before and after testimonials.
