Yoga is a great exercise to build strength and burn calories, and works well for those who cannot do other forms of exercise, because it is low impact. If you are looking for a new DVD to add to your collection or a DVD to get started with yoga with, take a look at this review before you decide whether or not to buy it.

Tara Stiles Yoga Anywhere features an hour long yoga routine that will challenge your body and really burn the calories. After the first routine, there are four other routines on the DVD to really keep your body moving, and to give you a bit of variety. The moves and routines featured in this DVD are not for people who are just getting started with yoga, and are considered difficult for those who are just getting started with the practice. It is said that Tara moves very quickly through the instruction for most of the poses, which makes it hard for people to learn them. One reviewer who works as a yoga instructor said this DVD was very misleading and she would not use it for her class… it was too difficult and distracting for her, and appeared to be nothing more than a video where Tara Stiles displayed her skills.
