List of Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • Yerba Mate Leaf
  • Glycerin
  • Green Tea Leaf
  • Eleuthero Root
  • Caffeine
  • Rhodiola Root
  • Panax Ginseng Root
  • Vitamin B5
  • Sucralose
  • Vitamin B3
  • Gymnema Leaf Extract

Product Features

The ingredients in each of the three flavors changes slightly based on the flavor. Peppermint contains peppermint leaf. Coffee contains coffee and Cinnamon contains cinnamon bark and cayenne. The remaining ingredients are similar to the ingredients we find in fat burners and diet pills of all kinds. Caffeine and green tea are crucial ingredients in any proven weight loss supplement. Caffeine increases heart rate and sparks metabolism so you burn more calories. Green tea, which also contains caffeine, adds to the caffeine spark. Clinical studies have proven green tea increases weight loss and benefits overall health when consumed regularly.

Details about Teaza are lacking, which leaves us in a predicament. We like the ingredient list, but the ingredients are packed into this tiny pouch the dieter must keep in the mouth. We have no idea how long the packet should be kept in the mouth or how much caffeine is supplied. We assume saliva will eventually wash all active ingredients out of the pouch, but the dieter is not given a time frame for optimal efficacy.

Another problem with Teaza is the lack of testimonials or before and after pictures. If a company is going to claim appetite suppression they need to have dieters who’ve lost weight ready to back up those claims. Without testimonials or reviews of the product how is the consumer supposed to judge taste or effectiveness?

Advantages

  • Ingredients are listed online.
  • The product is less expensive than nearly every diet pill on the market.

Disadvantages

  • You have to order Teaza online.
  • Trim Nutrition doesn’t reveal the amounts of each ingredient included per pack.
  • We are unsure just how much caffeine will be absorbed.

Conclusion

Teaza is not the worst product we’ve ever tried, but it is one of the least transparent. If you are expecting consumers to try a unique product like Teaza you have to give them information and a reason to try it. If the company gains consumer support and opens up the ingredient list to offer a few details, especially regarding caffeine and green tea, the product may have a place in the diet market.

Horrible taste. No real difference in energy. Doesn’t help with quitting smoking. And isn’t the owner a known scientologist in Clearwater??

Teaza’s website lists the exact amounts of caffeine per pouch. Now, maybe it didn’t at the time this review was written, but the reasons for trying this stuff are also going to vary depending on what your goal is. I’m not using it to lose weight. I’m using it to quit chewing tobacco. I’ve had this stuff for only 2 days, and In that short time I went from chewing about an entire tin in a day, to not even being able to tolerate a single dip of regular chew. I tried one this morning and it made me nauseous and dizzy. In two days, these things got rid of my chewing tobacco addiction. Plus they taste great, and last for up to four hours (timing is also specified on their website).

Horrible taste. Only saw a boost when I didn’t eat for a day. Highly ineffective for energy during weight loss. Expensive for a flavor pouch. I found myself spitting it out & giving the rest to a friend, who agreed. Smoking a cigarette was much more helpful & tasty.
