Terraceutics Natural Energy is a product from a small line of herbal remedies and solutions. Terraceutics lists all ingredients on the official website and support direct ordering. Customers can even find out a bit of biased information on some of the ingredients used in Terraceutics Natural Energy. Unfortunately, the ingredients are lacking substance and thus will probably not boost energy significantly. Free trials of the product are not offered through Terraceutics.

List of Ingredients

Bee Pollen, Rhodiola Rosea Extract, Maca Extract, Ginseng Extract.

Product Features

Bee Pollen contains B vitamins, Vitamin A, protein and tons of amino acids. It is a great herbal supplement for boosting overall health, but that will not equate to the extra energy most consumers are looking for.

Rhodiola Rosea Extract is supposed to naturally increase energy. It actually falls into the adaptogenic category with Ginseng. While there are many claimed benefits, none of the literature we found listed clinical studies to back any of them. We found several studies on mental clarity, stress-induced fatigue and stimulation. Most have subpar results. One stated Rhodiola Rosea Extract could reduce fatigue when caused by certain types of stress.

Maca Root is a libido booster. That may improve mood, but it will not typically lead to increased energy. We did find several references to studies about libido and other reproductive health issues, but none for energy based studies.

Ginseng is an adaptogenic, like Rhodiola Rosea. That could mean Ginseng works to reduce fatigue in stressful conditions, but what defines a stressful condition. If someone is taking a supplement for more energy, is that really a stressful time when these ingredients will work best.

Natural Energy sells for $29.95. A ginseng supplement and a pound of coffee will be priced much lower and the user will likely see more increased energy from that combination than this supplement. Even green tea would be a more effective energy booster.

The information given for Terraceutics Natural Energy is spectacular, but without effective ingredients, the manufacturer is marketing a product that will not help the customer gain energy. Caffeine is considered safe, for most people, and extra energy via coffee or other source of caffeine is much less expensive and probably more effective. Boosting energy, if part of a weight loss plan, will also boost hunger and this supplement does not support appetite suppression.
