Wouldn’t every woman love to take a supplement for 30 days and suddenly appear beautiful? The 30 Day Beauty Secret supplements attempts to convince women they can do just that, but the supplement is nothing more than a combination of ingredients – not beauty in a bottle. In fact, the majority of the ingredients are vitamins and minerals found in every day multivitamins, but then the ingredient list changes. Near the bottom of the ingredient list we find diuretics and laxatives. Without medical care and direction, no dieter, male or female, should take diuretics and laxatives for 30 days straight.

Product Features

The company behind 30 Day Beauty Secret claims the supplement is nothing more than an antioxidant-rich multivitamin. Each day’s pills are conveniently provided in a sealed pack so the dieter knows exactly what they have to take each morning. The product description does tell a partial truth. There are vitamins and minerals in the formula, but there are also laxatives and diuretics, so daily use is something women should reconsider.

Aloe vera is a natural laxative that lubricates the bowels. Dandelion root and uva ursi are both strong diuretics that force water out of the body without regard for normal, healthy fluid levels. Diuretics have been associated with severe side effects, including death. Chinese licorice powder should never be taken with laxatives and diuretics due to a potentially serious side effect, yet we find this ingredient in the “multivitamin” as well.

  • Ingredients are listed online.
  • The product will support healthy vitamin and mineral levels.

  • Contains no metabolism boosters.
  • Contains laxatives and diuretics, which are not mentioned in the product description.
  • Should not be taken by dieters with high blood pressure or those on blood pressure medications.

The 30 Day Beauty Secret supplement is not a secret at all. The dieter takes a laxative and diuretic for 30 days and suddenly they weigh less, but the weight will come back and the dieter could face long-term side effects from prolonged laxative and diuretic use.

The supplements does makes the skin glow for sure, but i noticed that, it makes me gain much weight for no apparent reason like increase in food intake.

I do not think that this product should be compared to weight loss products. The description says it is for improving nails, hair and skin.

I am using this product for 3 weeks together with DMAE and my hair is amazingly shiny as it never been before.

Since I am from Brazil, I will buy many bottles for an entire day.
