The Beck Diet Solution provides a daily plan to help people learn about how to make better decisions and to act practically. Every day presents a new task which will help people build the necessary psychological skills needed to handle the various challenges associated with dieting, including: stress, eating too much, how to eat out without blowing your diet, what to do when you fall off the diet, and cravings.
The first day of the program requires people to write down anywhere from 15 to 20 different reasons why they want to lose weight. The Beck Diet Solution: Train Your Brain to Think Like a Thin Person is a good option for those who eat due to emotionally triggers, or have trouble fighting cravings when they are dieting. It is a good way for people to change the way they think, but it will not actually help promote weight loss. You will have to develop a nutritionally balanced plan, and work out on a regular basis. We recommend finding a proven weight loss supplement to use with it.
