The Biggest Winner: Jillian Michaels is a combination of five DVDs aimed at slimming the body in only 30 minutes. The workouts provide beginner and intermediate moves, though Jillian is the focus of the videos and she is completing the higher intensity versions. The set includes Shape Up Front, Shape Up Back, Cardio Kickbox, Maximize Full Frontal and Maximize Back in Action. The set sells for $50 or $10 per DVD. Michaels works through each 30-minute set with the same outrageous antics she displays in the Biggest Loser gym. She yells at the follower to get moving and keeps them moving constantly for the entire workout.

Jillian Michaels has one of the largest DVD workout collections on the planet. She’s written books and designed supplements in hopes of helping dieters achieve a slimmer, fitter body. Though she recently announced she will not be returning to the Biggest Loser gym, she is still more widely known as the Biggest Loser trainer than anything else.

The Biggest Winner: Jillian Michaels is a difficult workout set. She jumps and moves for 30 minutes without time for water, break or relaxation. The workout is ideal for the intermediate fitness person who wants a quick and effective workout, but there are lighter versions of all the moves for the strict beginner.

Unlike the contestants on the Biggest Loser, home dieters do not have constant medical supervision, so starting a workout program requires medical approval, in some cases. When in doubt, follow the most basic moves for the duration of the DVD until working up the strength and stamina to be more active. Starting out light and working up is better than going full tilt from the start and ending up in pain for weeks following one workout.

Consumer reviews are mostly positive for The Biggest Winner: Jillian Michaels. The two most common complaints are that the workout is too difficult and too short. These are made by people on opposite ends of the spectrum.
