He is perhaps most well known for his work on the hit NBC television show, The Biggest Loser. The book will be released to the general public on May 15, 2012. The Skinny Rules provides rules you will need to follow to get skinny and stay that way. Bob helps you wade through all the weight loss advice out there and develop a plan that works for you. He includes 90 recipes (30 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner) that will create a month’s meal plan for you to get started on your weight loss journey. We are not sure how many total rules there are for readers to follow, but here are a few he recommends you follow:
