Thermal Slim Review
What You Should Know
Thermal Slim is a fat burner that contains all natural ingredients and boosts weight loss, according to the product description. There is no ingredient list on the official website, but there is quite a long description that makes claims about how the supplement will help the dieter. We wanted to touch on the point that many supplement manufacturers will say a supplement is all natural. Any supplement created with herbs, like most fat burners, are all natural. That does not mean the supplements are all safe. Thermal Slim is also known as Thermoslim.
List of Ingredients
- Bitter Orange Peel
- Acai Berry
- Caffeine Anhydrous
- Capsicum Extract
- Guarana Extract
- Vitamin B6
- Siberian Ginseng
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Chromium Picolinate
Thermal Slim contains bitter orange, caffeine and guarana – three stimulants. There is only 45 mg of caffeine per dose, which is far less than the desired dose to increase metabolism and promote weight loss. The bitter orange and guarana may pick up the energy, but it will not promote increased metabolism as well as caffeine.
Apple cider vinegar has no effect on weight loss, though old wives’ tales claim it works wonders for metabolism. Siberian ginseng, vitamin B6, potassium and acai berry are a few other ingredients in the Thermal Slim formula that have no effect on weight loss.
L-Tyrosine is added to Thermal Slim to counteract the rise in blood pressure associated with stimulants. When you pack three stimulants into one supplement it will cause blood pressure to rise. L-Tyrosine may counteract that rise to an extent, but it will not stop hypertension all together.
Chromium picolinate is a natural appetite suppressant. When taken regularly, chromium can help control blood glucose response to food. If blood glucose is kept in control, the dieter is less likely to feel carbohydrate cravings between meals. Eating fewer carbohydrates could greatly reduce overall hunger.
- A complete list of ingredients is available online for Thermal Slim.
- Contains chromium and caffeine – two proven weight loss ingredients.
- May reduce hunger and promote metabolism, if only slightly.
- Three stimulants may be too strong for some dieters.
- Dieters with heart problems or high blood pressure should not take Thermal Slim.
- Dieters on blood pressure medication should not take products containing L-Tyrosine.
Thermal Slim or Thermoslim may have some positive effect on weight loss, but there are a few problems with the formula. Instead of adding different stimulants, the manufacturer should have added a bit more caffeine. There is also the addition of L-Tyrosine; basically a warning sign that this supplement will cause a rise in blood pressure.
