Total Mommy Fitness is a personal training start-up with trainers serving Central Austin, Tarrytown, Westlake, Circle C, Lakeway and Oak Hill, Texas. Online programs are also available. The program is trying to expand throughout the nation, but providers must meet strict educational and training guidelines to join the Total Mommy Fitness Team. Instruction is based in a local fitness club – Castle Hill Fitness – or in a private setting. Pictures on the official website show moms working out in a kid-friendly park. The Castle Hill Fitness club offers child care so children can come along when mom is training.

List of Ingredients

Prenatal, postnatal and continuing fitness workouts.

Product Features

The Total Mommy Fitness model is focused on training moms. This includes expecting mothers, women who are trying to get pregnant and women who have children. Tatum McGuire is the founder of Total Mommy Fitness. She lives in the Austin area where she trains personal clients. The official website for Total Mommy Fitness is a bit difficult to navigate. The general information is basic enough, but the “Program” tab lists several different workout options and payment structures.

Programs are available for individual workouts. Prices are more expensive for non-members of the local fitness club, because the client must pay for access to the gym in addition to personal training costs. One hour with a personal trainer costs $74 for non-members and $68 for members.

Package plans are also available. Ten sessions with a personal trainer, including a consultation, assessment of fitness level, assessment of nutritional habits, goal setting, trip to the grocery store and custom fitness and dieting plan cost $612 for 10 hours or 10 sessions (member price.) There is no non-member price for this package.

Online training is also available for $50 a month. The dieter gets all the benefits of a personal training session, but they never have to leave the house.

Advantages

  • Total Mommy Fitness is tailored to women who have children, pregnant women or women trying to get pregnant.

Disadvantages

  • All training sessions are located at Castle Hill Fitness in Texas.
  • Prices are higher than other personal trainers.
  • Package prices are not available for non-gym members.
  • No details on the eating plan for weight loss.

Conclusion

Personal training and structured weight loss guidance is important to some women. The Total Mommy Fitness business model is unique, but the national spread the company is looking for has yet to happen so the program is available in Texas only. Dieters outside of Texas can take part in online training, but the cost is more than a dieter would pay for a gym membership. There are no before and after photos with the testimonials so the dieter cannot see the transformation in person.

To use the total mommy fitness program at Castle Hill Fitness you do not have to be a gym member, in fact there is a free trial membership included. And, it’s only $300 for more than 6 hours of personal training. Online training is just $25 monthly. I appreciate the review, but the prices are incorrect. The mommy fitness package is the most affordable pack the gym offers.
