Ultra Strength Xenadrine EFX has only been around for a short time but thousands have rushed forward to buy this product. The manufacturer claims that you can benefit from substantial and quick weight loss that has reportedly been clinically proven to work. Following in the footsteps of the manufacturer’s first weight loss supplement, Xenadrine EFX, this product contains all of the same ingredients plus an added special compound which is reportedly used to speed up the weight loss process even more. Bearing in mind that this same manufacturer, Cytodyne, got into a fair bit of trouble with the first product not working, perhaps the new Xenadrine ultra strength version has been modified to meet higher standards.
Bold statements have been made with regards to Ultra Strength Xenadrine EFX and the effects that it can have when using it with hopes of weight loss. These statements have been backed by client testimonials but with the regular Xenadrine EFX, these testimonials were faked and paid for by the company, so perhaps it’s best that you make up your own mind about this product.
Ingredients
The ingredients for Ultra Strength Xenadrine EFX are the same as the old version of the product, but with an added compound that is not listed or well explained. The main ingredients are: Green tea extract, Grape seed extract, L-Tyrosine, Cocoa extract, Yerba Mate, Guarana, Calcium Tribasic, DI-Methionine, L-Theanine, and DMAE. Guarana is a South American version of caffeine, of sorts, and the extracts are pretty self explanatory. L-Theanine is an amino acid which is a byproduct of green tea, and Yerba Mate is similar to caffeine and may give users a stimulant effect.
Product Features
As with many other weight loss supplements, this product claims to be all natural and with less side effects than others. However, although it contains green tea which has been reported to boost the metabolism within the body, these ingredients have not yet been clinically proven to a degree where a positive link can be made between them and weight loss itself.
,p>Guarana and Yerba Mate are stimulants which speed up the central nervous system and may work as thermogenic compounds. While they may help you burn off a little fat, many people don’t like the jittery feeling they may get from them.

Conclusion
All natural weight loss supplements definitely hold a powerful place in today’s market. People are somewhat leery of having a lot of synthetic ingredients which may have side effects. This product, while all natural, is full of stimulants which may produce a jittery feeling or keep you up all night and the manufacturer has a terrible reputation. We can’t recommend Ultra Strength Xenadrine EFX at this time but if the manufacturer concentrates on dumping some of the stimulants and adding an appetite suppressant, we will definitely give it another shot.

no, I don’t think there is too many things that will effect birth control, besides forgetting to take or use it.

Actually a lot of things affect birth control, including if you are taking antibiotics.

Too true. I found out AFTER I took my two antibiotics for a staph infection that one negates birth control, and the other has been proven to cause massive birth defects. Way to go pharmacists! Thanks for keeping me informed! Always ask.

is the ultra xenadrine the powder you put in your drink? I don’t like anything that gives anxiety, I took a diet pill once and felt so wierd, I almost called 911, I think it might have been a panic attack, but I’m on anxiety meds now, ativan and klonopin. Now I love coffee. Anyways I have several different types of weight control pills and don’t know what to use. I havecellular research formula, but that’s just for colon cleansing.

i took one pill last night and have taken 3 for today (breakfast,lunch,supper) i have not felt jittery which is surprising for me because medications tend to affect me quite a bit. maybe if you try to not think about it so much you wont feel so jittery.. also i took my pill yesterday at around 5 and was asleep by around 130 am which is fairly normal for me.

Definitely not safe. This stuff technically raises your BP, so it might be alright until you have a high BP attack. Funny thing is, most people I know with high BP have faster metabolisms… you should probably just cut down your daily calories.

This stuff greatly reduces my appetite.. but I haven’t checked my weekly weight yet, so I’m not sure. I check tomorrow, so I’ll let everyone know if it worked on me. Oh and this does make me jittery and give me insomnia.. but so did the original stacker 2, and the worked a miracle on me. I was eating all t he fattening stuff in the world, and still lost 60lbs… I miss ephedra :/

Hi everyone. I have been taking these type of supplements for many years. A couple of points. Take it in the morning on an empty stomach with a full glass of water. Try to hold off breakfast for 45-60 minutes. Take another dose (2)late afternoon. Say 4:00. If u take it sooner it will cause you to snack b4 dinner. Take it no later than 5:00 or u won’t sleep. For improved weight loss, either do a workout in the evening or go for a brisk walk after dinner. These products do work but you have to do the rest.

By doing all the things you said you doing .. How much weight did you lose? dhow long did it take for you to lose it… what was your side effects?

Lost 3 lbs the first day. Decided to eat after 6pm the next day and remained at the lower weight. And the next day ate at like 8 pm and gained all of it back lol – goof. Anyways, do not get off track once you see results. And the pills do affect your sleep until you get used to them. I’m a little relieved that there is no ephedrine in them.

I am very uneasy about diet supplements..but I tried this one. Im not a coffee drinker so caffeine really effects me. I was affraid i waould get to jittery so i stuck with 1 pill 2 times a day. I took it with a 16 oz glass of water both times and waited 20 minutes before eating. I didnt work out, but i counted my calories 1450.00 per day. I had more energy and lost 20lbs in 2 months. I started getting lazy, and decided to go off of it because i reached my goal weight.. i didnt gain it back like everyone says. if you continue to count your calories youll be fine.. but this product helped me to speed up my metabolism..oh and for added info. i had a baby and worked out for 1 year. couldn’t lose the last 20 lbs. after my son was 2 my hubby did research and had me try this. I tried slimquick and hated it. I am not a paid FAKE fan..this really worked for me. It may just depend on how your body reacts to this.

I have lost 4 lbs and I have been using it for 2 weeks. BUT I have been walking a mile once or twice during the week. I do feel jitters at times but they go away. I have been able to go to sleep with no problems. And I also have not been able to eat as much as I normally would. Even when I want to eat I cant. I love it so far

I started taking this and it really suppressed my appetite. I was eating next to nothing, working out 5 days a week doing aerobics and after one week I had gained 4 pounds. It made me nauseous and, worse than simply not working, had the opposite effect. A weight loss pill should NOT make you gain weight. I cannot reccommend this product.

Your body naturaly increases and decreases throughout the day. Duhh. After eating it goes up. After pooping it goes down, after drinking up after peeing up. 4 pounds gain or lose in a short period of time doesnt mean anything. the only way to see if you lost weight is to weigh yourself every day in the morning after a good poop average that out and thats your weight for that week. Ps the only weight lose pill that worked great for me was mega mens taken with a mega mens vitamin supp i lost a pound a day for an actual 7 pounds lost a week. this is with eating 3 meals and the supper was good large portions with the pill i worked out 2 times a day because it made me feel great and made me want to took all my appitite away for snacking. i only ate when i was actualy hungry.
